4. Repeated No-Shows
Users who repeatedly fail to attend reservations may receive warnings.
If repeated no-show behavior continues, TakeMe may:

5. Multiple Reservations
Users may make reservations at multiple restaurants.

intentionally blocking restaurant availability

cancel existing reservations

restaurant closure
operational constraints
unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, applicable refunds will be processed according to the TakeMe Cancellation Policy.
TakeMe is not responsible for restaurant operational decisions.
8. Platform Intervention
TakeMe reserves the right to cancel reservations if the platform determines that:
fraudulent activity has occurred
reservation abuse is detected
the reservation violates platform policies
9. Dispute Resolution
For reservation-only services, disputes related to restaurant service quality, food, or operations should be resolved directly between the user and the restaurant.
For prepaid dining packages, TakeMe may assist in mediating disputes when appropriate.
However, restaurants remain independent service providers.
