TakeMe Voucher Terms
1. Introduction
These Voucher Terms govern the purchase, use, refund, and expiration of vouchers issued through the TakeMe platform.
By purchasing or using a voucher, users agree to these Voucher Terms in addition to the TakeMe Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy.
2. Voucher Types
TakeMe may issue different types of vouchers depending on promotional campaigns or restaurant partnerships.
Voucher types may include, but are not limited to:
monetary vouchers with a specified value
vouchers that allow purchase of dining services at a discounted price
vouchers that grant priority entry or special access to restaurants
other promotional benefits defined at the time of issuance
The specific benefits and usage conditions of each voucher will be clearly indicated on the voucher page at the time of purchase.
3. Eligible Restaurants
Vouchers may only be used at restaurants or services that accept the specific voucher.
Users should verify participating restaurants and applicable services before purchasing a voucher.
TakeMe does not guarantee that all restaurants listed on the platform will accept vouchers.
4. Voucher Usage
Vouchers must be redeemed at the restaurant by presenting the voucher QR code or redemption code.
Restaurants may scan or verify the voucher through the TakeMe system at the time of redemption.
Once a voucher has been successfully redeemed, it will be considered used and cannot be reused.
5. Non-Stackable Usage
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, vouchers may not be combined with:
other vouchers
promotional discounts
special campaigns
Only one voucher may be used per transaction.
6. Voucher Transfer
Vouchers may be transferred by the user to another person.
However, once a voucher code or QR code has been shared, TakeMe cannot guarantee that the original purchaser will remain the voucher holder.
The person who presents the valid voucher at the restaurant will be considered the voucher user.
TakeMe is not responsible for unauthorized sharing or misuse of voucher codes.
7. Partial Redemption
Vouchers must be used in full at the time of redemption.
Partial usage is not permitted. Any unused value will not be carried over or refunded.
8. Voucher Validity
Unless otherwise specified, vouchers are valid for 180 calendar days from the date of purchase.
If a voucher remains unused and no refund request has been submitted within the validity period, the voucher may be cancelled and refunded.
9. Refund Policy
Vouchers may be cancelled and refunded before redemption.
Once a voucher has been redeemed at a restaurant, it becomes non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
10. Fraud Prevention
TakeMe reserves the right to suspend or cancel vouchers in cases including but not limited to:
fraudulent activity
abuse of promotional campaigns
unauthorized resale of vouchers
system manipulation
11. Changes to Voucher Programs
TakeMe may modify or discontinue voucher programs at any time.
Such changes will not affect vouchers that have already been issued unless required by law or necessary to prevent abuse.
12. Restaurant Responsibility
Restaurants are responsible for providing the dining services associated with the voucher.
TakeMe acts as a platform facilitating voucher purchases and redemption but does not operate the restaurants.
